Get strategy volume time series
Returns a paginated, time-bucketed USD incoming-volume series for a single strategy identified by `(chainId, maker, app, strategyHash)`. Buckets are aligned to UTC by `granularity` and span the strategy lifetime (from shipped block timestamp to docked block timestamp, or to `now()` while the strategy is still open).

When some transfers in the bucket are priced and others are not, the value is the sum over the priced subset only.
