Minute-level swap volume and max RPS in 1inch Observability

The Observability dashboard now charts on-chain swap volume at a granularity that adapts to the selected period, down to minute buckets on short windows, refreshed every 3 hours. It also shows your max RPS beside the average, so traffic peaks are visible at a glance.

Two upgrades land in the Observability dashboard this week. On-chain swap volume now charts at a much finer time granularity, down to minute buckets depending on the period you select, with data refreshed every 3 hours. And the Overview tab shows your max RPS next to the average, so short-lived traffic peaks stop hiding inside a flattened mean.

Swap volume, down to the minute

The Swaps tab previously bucketed volume by calendar day. Bucket size now adapts to the period you select: pick a few hours and the chart drills down to minute-level buckets, a day renders hourly, and longer windows keep daily bars. Zoom into a range by dragging directly on the chart and the buckets refine with the window.

  • Granularity that follows your selection. See how Classic, Gasless Swap, Gasless Cross-chain Swap, and Orderbook volume moved minute by minute through a launch or incident, not just its daily total.
  • Refreshed every 3 hours. Swap volume data is ingested on a 3-hour cycle, so the numbers you report on are never more than a few hours behind the chain.
  • Drag to zoom. Select any range on the volume chart to drill in; the tooltip shows the exact bucket timestamp in UTC.

Max RPS: find your peaks

Average RPS is a smooth number; rate limits are not. The Overview tab's RPS chart now displays Max RPS alongside the average, with a reference line marking the peak across the selected range. It is computed from one-second buckets, so even brief bursts register.

  • Spot bursts instantly. A batch job or retry storm that spikes for seconds shows up as the max, even when the average barely moves.
  • Plan against your limits. Compare your peak RPS with your plan's rate limit to see real headroom, instead of sizing on averages.

Get started

  1. Open Observability in the portal.
  2. On Overview, check the Avg RPS chart: the max value and its reference line mark your peak for the selected range.
  3. Switch to Swaps and select a period of a few hours, or drag-select on the chart, to read the minute-level volume breakdown by swap type.
